❌ Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
❌ Products categorized as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" (e.g., earphones, hygiene-related items).

2. How to Request a Return

2️⃣ Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4️⃣ If approved, return the item to the provided address.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Replacement: If available, we will send a replacement for defective or wrong items.
  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Charges: Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Cancellations & Order Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
